Project Description:
Located in Manzanillo, Puntarenas, Costa Rica, this project embodies the essence of tropical minimalism. Embracing the beauty of its natural setting, the design integrates modern simplicity with the surrounding environment.
The architecture seamlessly harmonizes with the landscape, becoming an integral part of its tropical surroundings. The use of palapa roofs, inspired by traditional Costa Rican construction, adds a touch of exotic charm to the structure. Earthy tones in the exterior finishes further complement the vibrant hues of the surrroundings, allowing the building to blend effortlessly into the lush environment.
Inside, the open-concept layout welcomes abundant natural light, blurring the lines between indoors and outdoors. Soft, neutral tones complement the wooden accents, creating a serene ambiance for relaxation and contemplation.
